The concept of VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE OF PORTLAND began in 2009 as a result of my love to social media and realizing the benefits it held for my own web sites. I received my certification as a SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST through VA Classroom. I had known that the PORTLAND, OREGON area was a hot-bed for startups and young businesses. Why not apply all I had learned to help the people in the city I love? It was a perfect niche and I turned my attention toward those small business owners.

I presently work for two VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS as a way to increase my knowledge, use what I already know and subsidize my own business (after all, everyone can use a little help, right?) There is nothing better than doing what you love for a living.
